A. This will vary depending upon how many resale opportunities you plan to hold per year. For each resale opportunity you could expect to work approx. 2 to 4 hrs per week with a sharp increase in effort the week of the sale.

Q. Do I need to give a percentage of my income to the main corporation?
A. As a Licensee, you will never be required to pay "Royalties" to the main corporation. You will only be required to pay a $750 per year renewal fee. This fee includes the continued use of the Your Baby's Closet® Service Marks, all other Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets and a site listing on our main website. In addition, it includes 10 hrs of consulting per year, as it relates to your Your Baby's Closet® ongoing operations.

Q. How many resale opportunities can I hold in one area?
A. As many as you desire. You are not restricted by frequency. Most resale opportunities occur 2 - 4 times a year. There is no reason why you could not hold a resale opportunity every month.

A. Once we have finalized the Service Mark Licensing Agreement, typically your own Your Baby's Closet® first sale can be open within 3 to six months. However there are many variables depending upon your local jurisdiction.

Q. Okay, I want to get started right now. What's next?
A. Contact Your Baby's Closet® through the website www.yourbabyscloset.com or contact me @ (760) 489-4255 and let us know you're ready to proceed. We will then have you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once this is done we schedule a time to talk with you. After this talk, we can move directly to the Intent to License Agreement. When you sign the "Letter of Intent", you will put down a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 and we will then stop talking with other potential Licensees for your chosen area. Then within 15 to 30 days we will complete the Service Mark Licensing Agreement.

You will also receive our user friendly, "Quick Start Manual". This publication provides you with detailed "A to Z" instructions, assisting you with everything you need to know. Every aspect of the Your Baby's Closet® business is a documented system. The manual will provide you every detail from initial start-up marketing, basic accounting, and event operations. We will also make arrangements together to schedule your initial consultation. You will be able to count on ongoing support from us, as your success is our goal.
